Booking & Cancellation
All bookings for the Canton Fair 2026 require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the fair start date are subject to hotel and visa invitation fees.
Code of Conduct
Delegates are expected to maintain professional business conduct during factory visits and fair sessions. Any breach of trade etiquette may result in removal from the delegation.
Liability
CantonFairIndia acts as a B2B coordinator. While we provide vetting reports, final business decisions and trade contracts are the responsibility of the importer.
